They will only be visible when a single window is Maximized. Otherwise, if you have your individual windows not maximized, then you have the individual buttons in the common form (dash, square, x) on each window in the upper right corner for "Minimize", "Maximize" and "Close". If you do not have the Title Bar displayed for a chart, then you will not see those items or have access to them. But, if the title bar is not present, you can double-click on the top border of a window to maximize it.
