You would need to look at the information in your Trade Activity Log to see what caused that position to be closed when it was. If one of the attached orders caused this, then you will see that in there. Refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order

You can also check the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is some kind of rejection or some other error that may be related to the position. In this case, you would need to check with your broker on what happened.
