**Time zone is New York time.** After conducting various connection tests last night—shortly before 9:00 PM—I discovered that if I connect don't passed VPN, my session remained active for a longer duration without disconnecting. Consequently, I connected to SC without using a VPN, once I verified that everything was functioning correctly, I went to sleep. I want to see just how long the connection could last. Upon waking up the following morning, I found that the connection had dropped, so I saved the logs(file 1). And after that action of saving log, I reconnect or reopen SC, the historical market depth seems dosen't download. Even use or not use VPN. Even ds28, ds32, ds45, Japan Tokyo or West America Server, all don't work. I remeber that error is...like blablabla cme.marketdepth | Username:nonerange(my username). 1.What's more, beacause of I trade US session, 9:30am-11:00am, at this moment, any connection seems to have become somewhat unstable, but using a VPN yields a higher success rate. 2.At this moment, historical data servers directly connected to the DS45 are more prone to failure. 3.However, under all circumstances, the VPN connection is virtually guaranteed to drop within a short period—typically ranging from ten to several tens of minutes. (The VPN servers used are located in the Western U.S. or Tokyo, Japan, while the SC servers are 28, 32, and 45 or auto.) 4.Direct connections tend to be more stable at other times, with the exception of the morning hours (Eastern Time), disconnections typically occur after a few hours (due to limited testing time, the connection appears to last for approximately 1 to 4 hours). 5.After 11:00am, the historical depth data became available for download. Sometime between 12:00 and 13:00, the direct connection also appeared to stop dropping out. |
