We would recommend connecting directly to our server in Japan and see how that works. We have implemented this new setting for the Delayed data feed: Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special >> CME Delayed Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override : ds45.sierracharts.com
