It is definitely not related to Chart Drawings.

It is simply the result of Chart Linking functioning exactly as it should. Opening the Chart Settings window and pressing OK or Apply, will apply the settings related to the enabled Chart Linking options to other charts with the same link number.

What chart number is the trading DOM?:
Please confirm whether or not the Symbol on the DOM changes as a result of this action, because that is what happened to me and it is how I replicated the issue.

We counted 8 charts that had the Trade/Quote Symbol set, and just going to chart number 17 Chart Settings, and pressing OK, reduced that number to 6. This behavior is expected.

Understand Chart Linking:
Chart Settings: Chart Linking (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Linking menu)

We see you have this set on chart number 3:
Chart Settings >> Linking >> Trade/Quote Symbol : Yes

We are planning to work on much more advanced Chart Linking, which gives you a finer degree of control, but right now that is not supported.
