Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "April 15, 2026". This is how we keep track of when you have connected to your live, funded, futures trading account to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You state that you are connecting to your Interactive Brokers account, but this is not working for some reason. Keep in mind, you need to connect to your live Interactive Brokers account. If you are connecting to the paper trading (simulation) option from Interactive Brokers, then this will not update that date.
