Hello, I have service package 11 + Denali CME data, connected to a IBKR account. I have been using this setup without issue for the past ~1 month. My data is now 10 minutes delayed. I have followed the steps to reconnect my account as instructed, but have not had any success with getting real time data back. I have double checked that my IBKR settings are good. Nothing has changed, and I am still getting market depth data, its just delayed too. Thank you |
