I just opened a Sierra Account (11) and was trying to connect my rithmic account. Put all the credentials in and i get this error message saying "Rithmic Direct - DTC logon error received from server: permission denied". I searched to see if this was asked before and there was one post where someone had a similar issue but then ended up asking for it to be closed when the RTH was on. Is connection only for RTH for some reason? FYI i'm using a prop firm. I can trade my prop firm after hours so why wouldn't I have access/connection to it also.
