The items you are referencing are the "Trade Configurations". The order of the items in that list in the Trade Window is by Alphabetical Order. So the only way to get them in a certain order is to change the names such that you have what you want first and so on. You can either re-save the configurations to new names or you can change the names through the file system. The names are the names of the files. The Trade Configuration files have an extension of .twconfig and are in the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder.
