The times displayed in the "Studies to Chart" window are when there is a "Full Calculation", so this would occur when the study is first added to the chart or when data is reloaded. After that, studies calculate on an "update" basis, where just the new information is added, so that number does not reflect what is actually occurring at each chart update.

If you are having an issue with the overall performance of the system, and not able to move the charts, and if you know that it is related to that study, then there is something about the setup in that study that is causing an issue. Transparencies, for instance, cause a very large drain on drawing times and can cause the charts to be unresponsive. But you would need to figure out what it is about that particular study and the way you have it setup that is causing the issue, and then you would have to adjust it for what you need/want.
