What you are stating does not make any sense. When a chart updates, all the studies update. So you would not have one study that is updated and another study that is not.

Additionally, how could you tell that the studies are lagging by 300 milliseconds (1/3 of one second). This would be impossible to tell with the human eye. You may notice something, but you could not possibly know that it is something that specific.

The one thing that could be occurring is that the graphics updating is not happening as fast due to a large graphics load. In this case, you should try to simplify your charts in order to ensure that the information is being drawn quickly enough for you. Although your computer and graphics card will also have a part to play in this particular issue.
