To start with, your Session Times are incorrect. You have an overlap in the times, as you RTH ends at 15:59:59 and your ETH starts at 15:00:00. You need to correct this. Then, in your Volume by Price settings, you have your "End Time" sete to "15:00:00", which means that it will include the bar that starts at 15:00:00.
