Please restart your computer. After the system starts up again, only start Sierra Chart (again, please start in Safe Mode). Then open your chartbooks (if not automatically opening) and let us know if you have the same issue. If the system does crash after rebooting your computer, then restart Sierra Chart again (in Safe Mode) and do not open your chartbooks. If your chartbooks are set to automatically open, then deselect the option on the Login Screen for "Open Files on Startup". Then open a single chart. If you do not have an issue with this chart, then add some studies and a few other charts. Let us know if you have an issue or not in this case. If you are able to open a few standard charts and seem to only have an issue with your existing chartbook(s), then see if you can narrow the issue to a single chartbook (if you have more than one). Then get us that chartbook by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
