There was an issue with Rithmic, where if you had symbols that they would not recognize, then it would cause what you are seeing. For instance, we see the symbol "GVZ_CGI" in your log, which would have cause this issue. But we put in a fix to not request symbol information from Rithmic for any non-Rithmic symbol. So as long as you are on a recent release, you should not have this issue. Refer to the following regarding this: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections First of all, make sure you are on a recent release. You can update by following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Then, although you should not be having this issue, please go through and remove any symbol that Rithmic will not like. If this solves it, then let us know. Perhaps we missed something in our fix for this.
