Hi, Memory leak and charts not loading. I’ve actually encountered this issue before. After reinstalling Sierra Chart, it worked fine for about two days, but recently the problem has returned. When I open the platform, the data does not update, and some charts fail to display. I’m only running around a dozen charts, and only one symbol is using a range chart. I have enabled Safe Mode, but Sierra Chart’s memory usage still gradually increases to tens of gigabytes. If I leave it running, it eventually becomes extremely slow and unresponsive. Could this issue be related to my use of a trial version? |
