John, I am at my mother's and I downloaded my Brazil chartbook. Everything was working in uk on this laptop, when I open it here in usa 2 of the 4 products are perfect. The other two, the DI contracts, will only download 8 mos from middle of last year!!!! When I go to chart settings you can clearly see it will only download 8 mos in 2025. It will not allow me to change the date range. See how it stays gold, not white, highlighted so it is frozen. I tried both days to load and date range and it is stuck on the 8mos range you see. I have deleted and re downloaded chart book. That doesn't work. The other 2 products are fine, and all four were working in UK before I left on this laptop. HELP as this is my most important product thanks |
