I cannot connect to my funded account TWS at IBKR anymore.
Windows error code 10061. We have been told that with the latest release of TWS, they have turned off the option for "Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients". This needs to be enabled for Sierra Chart to be able to connect. Refer to Step #5 at the following link: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions And on that comp.at Sierra chart I have real time data.
Other comp. (when the first with real time data is switched off) at Sierra chart I have delayed data. We assume you are referring to the CME Group data, which you are setup to get from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In this case, the issue is that you are not setup to get that data to two different computers at the same time. In order to be able to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to two computers at the same time, you need to pay a second set of exchange fees.
