If the accounts are using the same Package, then we can transfer the Usage Time from one account to another. Otherwise, we would refund the remaining time and then transfer the funds to the other account.

We can also transfer any funds in the Services Surplus.

But, exchange fees are not refundable, nor can they be moved between accounts. So we can not do anything about the exchange that you have active with this account.

The other option is for us to refund the 1 month of Usage Time you have remaining and then refund your Services Surplus balance back to your original payment method.

Please open an Account Support Ticket at the following link from the account you wan to move/refund the items FROM (i.e. the account you have posted from in this thread). Tell us exactly what you want us to do, based on the information given above. And, if you want us to do a transfer, then please tell us the other account name.
