Post From: Question About Qualifying Accounts for CME Non-Professional Denali Data Authorization

Hi Sierra Chart Support,

I am trying to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed working for CME data at non-professional rates (Package 12). My current setup is:

- Sierra Chart Package 12 active
- CME with Market Depth activated at $13.50/month
- Connected via Rithmic Direct - DTC using an Apex Trader Funding evaluation account

I understand that prop firm evaluation accounts do not qualify as live funded accounts for CME authorization. I have a few specific questions before spending more money:

1. Does a NinjaTrader Brokerage live account funded with $100 qualify as a live funded trading account to authorize CME non-professional Denali data fees? I want to confirm this before opening one.

2. Does a funded (not evaluation) prop firm account — for example a Tradeify funded account on Rithmic — qualify, or do ALL prop firm accounts regardless of funded status fail to meet CME's requirement?

3. Is there any other low-cost solution to authorize the non-professional CME Denali data rate for a trader who primarily uses prop firm accounts?

I want to make sure I understand exactly what qualifies before taking any further action. Thank you for your help.
