Thank you. I set up a new instance and it seems that Denali is used as data feed. Unfortunately, I still have issue with the lookback time for tickers. On my other instance (Amp+Denali/Teton) the look-back time is more than 6 month. On the Apex+Denali Instance I cannot make it work. Like ES 30min Bar graph has much further look back time than the NQ 30min bar chart (only 2 weeks, not earlier than March 16), despite they have exactly the same settings. Same randomness occurs for my daily volume profiles in terms of look back time as well (like the look back time for daily ES volume profiles is more limited as well not as specified as in the chart setting - 120 days). Not sure what else to do! Deleted the the tick data and tried to reload, but with the same result. Also strange that I need to translate the symbols after each start of Sierra Charts again. |
