Try this:

- On the chart with the Spreadsheet Study study (SpyPriceLines), focus the spreadsheet and go to Spreadsheet >> Add Sheet.

- Give it new (short) name (Don't use the default name!)
This new sheet is a standalone blank sheet not associated with any chart. It will be your 'master' sheet.

- Enter your price values for the Spy price lines in column A

- Duplicate the first chart, and change its bar duration.
This new chart will have the same-named spreadsheet study, and a new sheet will be added to the spreadsheet, its sheet# matching the chart#.

- On the first chart, reference the added standalone sheet's column and row of each line, using this format:
Working with Spreadsheets: References to Other Sheets within a Spreadsheet
If the Formula Source Sheet Number matches the chart# of the first chart, these references will autopopulate to the other chart's sheets.
(Leave the Chart Data Output Sheet Number set to 0)

- Duplicate the first chart as many times as you need, changing the bar duration as needed.
