The first thing is that you filled out the agreements as if you are a "Professional". In particular, you selected the answer of "I *do not* qualify as a Non-Professional" in the "CME Non-Professional Certification". You also did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out, then you can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME When completing the agreements, you must enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live trading account. If you do not know the "Clearing Firm" then enter your brokerage name. And when completing the "CME Non-Professional Certification" you will want to select the button for "I am a Nonprofessional". For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
