Hi, I started trading MES last week, and ever since then, the points at which I enter and exit positions seem to shift. For example, I'll buy 6655.00, but entry on the chart says something like 6661.00, putting me in the red straight away. However, I then wait for price to reach that level (6661.00) and then exit for what I assume to be a break even, but it register's as a win of say 20+ tics. Today I entered a position and the entry didn't actually shift on this occasion, but the exit did. I sold manually at 6666.00, and the entry on the chart corresponded with this. I flattened at 6660.75, with my profit on screen showing +21 tics, however it only registered as +4 on my trade window. Can anyone explain whats going on here? Is it something to do with my broker having only just been set up to trade MES? I was trading oil before with no issues. Many thanks |
