There is not a way to do this completely. The closest you can come is to enable the option for "Color Background Based on Value Percentage" to "Yes", and then set the "Percent Compare Thresholds" to values like "0.05, 0.95, 0.95". Then set the "Range 3 Up Color" and the "Range 3 Down Color" to the colors you want for the smallest and largest values, and set the other colors to be the same as the background. You will then get the coloring for "Range 3 Up Color" for the largest value of the "Maximum Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" and the "Range 3 Down Color" for the smallest value of the "Minimum Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference". But, you will also get the opposite coloring for the smallest value of the "Maximum Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" and the largest value of the "Minimum Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference".
