The lack of the attached orders would not be related to the Trade Window not displaying. Most likely the option to use the Attached Orders was not enabled at the time the order was placed, which would be most obvious on the Trade Window, but not caused because it is not displaying. Otherwise, there could be an error with your trading system processing the attached orders for some reason. But first, let's figure out what is occurring with your Trade Window, as this is something we have never seen, where the Trade Window should be attached but is not. Please do the following for us: - If the option for "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" has a checkmark next to it, then select that option again to remove the checkmark. - Select "Chart >> Reset Child Windows". - Select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart". If this does not resolve the issue, then do the first two items above, but then select "Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart" instead. If the Trade Window displays, then select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart". If it disappears after this, then let us know.
