The point of post #6 was to reinforce the information that when you lose the connection to Interactive Brokers, you will also lose the connection to the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Once we saw the information in that first log, we did not look through the others, as we figured all the systems were connected to Interactive Brokers.

The other systems being connected to "SC Data" will not have the issue of the disconnect from Interactive Brokers.

In looking through the other two logs, we did see the following errors - one in each of the other systems.


2026-03-23 11:43:45.204 | External Service | Denali Data Feed | There has been no activity on the network socket for 52s. Will reconnect.

2026-03-23 10:51:25.941 | External Service | Denali Data Feed | There has been no activity on the network socket for 58s. Will reconnect.

But noting that these times are different from the 11:44:00 drop, we can not say why this occurred. Particularly the item at 10:51:25.941. We definitely did not have an issue on our end around that time (or at all yesterday), so it means that there was a loss of connection somewhere along the way between your systems and ours.
