Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am experiencing an issue where my attached orders for an entry were not passed. I believe this might be related to a UI issue on the chart itself, as the Trade Window panel is completely missing. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I have Trade >> Attach Trade Window To Chart enabled, but the panel does not display anywhere on the chart. A few important details: This issue is isolated to this specific chartbook. All of my other chartbooks are working perfectly and the Trade Window displays as expected when selected. I have already tried toggling the setting off and on, but it remains hidden. Could you please advise on what might be causing the Trade Window to disappear in this specific chartbook, and how I can restore it so my attached orders function properly? |
