The only reason to restart Sierra Chart is the Operating System tends to get unstable over a long period of time. So we recommend rebooting your computer once a while just for this reason. We are not sure what you want us to look into. Now that you are able to view the information in the Trade Service Log, what is it showing when you are trying to do a replay and enter a trade after 3/16?
