Does the connection between Chicago and DS14-2 use a more professional/higher-priority/reliable route/equipment than I would achieve as a consumer using my direct connection to DS28? I'm thinking 120ms + 30ms will be better if that 120ms journey is pro-level, and only the 30ms to Europe uses consumer-level routing.
