The log file you sent does not show any issues. In fact, it shows charts opened and data being downloaded. But, it also shows that the "Current Selected Service" is set to "Teton CME Routing". If this is an actual sub-instance, then this should be set to "DTC Sub-Instance". Is that log actually from the sub-instance, or from the main instance? If it is from the sub-instance, then how are you starting the sub-instances? Are you starting the main instance first, and then selecting "File >> Sub-Instance"?
