You have the Study/Price Overlay in the 15 minute chart set to reference a Study/Price Overlay in the 240 minute chart, which is set to reference the Main Price Graph of the 15 minute chart. So basically, it is referencing itself. Remove the Study/Price Overlay in the 240 minute chart, as you have it hidden and it is not doing anything. Then, in the Study/Price Overlay in the 15 minute chart, set the "Study to Overlay" to be the <Main Price Graph> of the 240 minute chart.
