For those still looking for this — I built an ACSIL study that does exactly this. You set your risk % or fixed $ amount, it reads your stop distance and calculates the position size automatically. One click and your bracket order is placed with the right quantity. Also does partial closes (50% at market or at cursor price) via ACS buttons.
