Update: Everything has been sorted out! The developer received your message and promptly reached out to me. I canceled the dispute with my bank as the study is now working flawlessly and I am very pleased with it. Being able to adjust market depth visibility on the fly is well worth the cost. He very generously added other studies to my account for the trouble, and has provided a new contact email while he works out the support email issues. I learned a good bit about Sierra Chart in the process so it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
