I truly appreciate your continued concern about this situation. I have only received one email from Chris at the support@scstudies.com Email address. He was very polite and thankful for the purchase as I am the first customer for this particular study. The email did not contain any attachments. Scstudies.com states the following.. “How does activation work after purchase? After payment, your Sierra Chart account is automatically authorized to use the study. The next time you open Sierra Chart, the study will be available in your Custom Studies list. No download or file transfer is needed.” I’ve since contacted my debit card provider and disputed the charge. I suspect this is probably just an honest mistake and will gladly purchase the study again if he gets back to one of us. Thanks for making the effort to reach him!
