One thing we just thought of, is that the developer does not need to actually put any files for distribution if they do not want to. They can control who has access using that process, but they could then distribute the files themselves. Did they send you any files with an extension of .dll? If so, then you would need to put those files in the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically this would be "C:\SierraChart\Data").
