This line from your log shows that Sierra Chart is finding the DLL file itself: Loading DLL: C:\SierraChart\Data\delta_heatmap_smooth.dll (delta_heatmap_smooth_64.dll). Handle: 4d0000
But you are not seeing it in the list of Custom Studies? Can you get us an image of the Custom Study window itself (select "Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study", then get us an image of the window that comes up).
