You do NOT want the "CME E-Mini For Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account". As you state, that is for when you do not have a trading account that will qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. You will want to choose the exchange(s) that state "...for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" or the "...Non-Professional Top-of-Book". It may have been that those were not showing as your status had not changed yet.
