Hi Support, Recall I am not able to get this AMP Futures/Sierra Chart account set up to your preferred config (i.e. SC data feed w/ Teton routing). At this time, no Current Selected Service choice CQG, SC Data or Teton Routing is delivering a functional trading platform for me. Due to clumsy problems last year, the CQG feed was the preferred Selected Service and doesn't work now (see jpg). Choosing the SC Data feed (see jpg) defaults to Delayed data and the supposed fix (logging onto SC Charts for a moment and logging off) has not delivered realtime data. Choosing Teton doesn't even connect (see jpeg). There is a fourth jpg I can upload to show the Feed/Service pulldown menu too. Attached are the quantity three file limit. While I prefer the platform, this quite clumsy method of support consumes far too much of my front time in setup. |
