Hi Gary,

It might be worth checking with AMP to see if they can change the settings on their end. It is my understanding that these settings come from the broker. I am running into similar issues using Denali/Teton with EdgeClear. I actually created a separate post (Trade Account Monitor: incorrect Trade Account settings) before I saw this one.

I'd be curious to hear whether you're able to resolve this. I'm considering opening a second account with another broker just to see what the support experience is like. Good luck!
