There is not a built-in option to have a Trailing Stop that stops at Breakeven. To do this, you would need to use a combination of the "Spreadsheet System for Trading" and the "Trade Management by Study" studies. The "Spreadsheet System for Trading" would be used to establish the level at which you want the Stop to move to. You need to use this study as it gives you the Position Average Price (breakeven price) in cell J9. So you can use that to setup column O to give you the line you want. It's easiest to not use cells K, L, M, or N for anything, as those are special to entering and exiting orders with that study. The general idea would be to setup a formula that moves the stop based on the last price and to not move any further when the price gets to breakeven. The hardest part of this is setting up the formula to not allow for the Stop to move down. You will have to get a bit creative with this. Then the "Trade Management by Study" will actually move the Stop to that line.
