If your Trade Service Log is blank, then the first thing is to update to the current release. There were a few releases in which that window and the Message Log would be empty. Refer to the following for how to update: Software Download: Fast Update Then go to "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set the items you want to see in your logs to "Yes". We recommend setting them all to "Yes" to start with, then you can remove items you do not want later. Once that is done, then try your trading system again and see if there is anything in the Trade Service Log as to why you may not be able to open a trade. But, in general, since this is a custom study you are working with, the issue is most likely going to be in the study, so you will have to determine what is occurring within your code that would be causing an issue.
