The only thing we can see is that you have the condition as "Crosses or Equal To", therefore the Last price has to touch, or move across the prices of 6816.77 and 6843.65. This has to happen while you are connected to the data feed. It should not matter that you are connected to Interactive Brokers. You are set to get the data for SPX from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you have the correct symbol for this. Let us know if what we describe in the first paragraph above explains why you are not getting an alert when you think you should.
