We see you do have active on your account, the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. However, in Sierra Chart you have the Service set to "Barchart". This is not correct. You will not be able to access the data that way. You also have activated the CME Group exchange which requires that you are connected to a trading account to access the real-time data.
