There is no image attached. And we do not understand what you mean by "I cannot load the teton data on my chart, only the rithmic data". You are either connected to Teton or Rithmic. You can not get Rithmic data into the system when connected to Teton. But, in either case, you should be getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for products traded on the CME exchange, as you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active. Note that this is just the CME exchange, not the Full CME Group which is composed of 4 exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX). So you will not get real-time data for any product not traded on the CME exchange. Make sure the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". If it is not, then this would be why you are not getting any real-time data from us. If you do need to change this to "Yes", then after you close that window, then select "File >> Reconnect" to update your connection to our data feed.
