Hello, I signed the non professional agreements for EUREX, CME and NASDAQ, but I don't have the "non professional" in activate services for Denali Feed and real time data, the ticket support told me it's because they found my LinkedIn profile and it says I work in a bank, but I left this job in september 2025, so can you look at my issues and actualise my profil and let me access to the data and feed I paid for ?
