The numbers in front of the files in the Backup folder for Sierra Chart is the date of the month. So you would want to go backwards starting from number 27 (today's backup, if there is one) and find the most recent backup of the "Sierra4.config" file.

Do the following with Sierra Chart not running.

Then copy that file to your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). Then save the existing Sierra4.config file by changing the name or extension - such as "Sierra4.config.sav".

Then change the name of the backup file you copied into that folder by removing the number up front. For instance, if you copied the file named 26.Sierra4.Config, then remove the "26." to leave "Sierra4.config".

Then start Sierra Chart again and see if everything is as it should be.
