Set the Tick Size back to the default value for that symbol. Then set the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to what you want it to be. Then set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns" to "Yes".
