We do not know what you are referring to in terms of the "delta box". In the attached image, we show the "Current Traded Ask Minus Bid Volume" column on the left side of the DOM. In it we set the colors for the Volume Bars such that positive values are green and negative colors are red (well, maybe reddish-orangish).
