Your trading service did not report those fills to close those positions back to Sierra Chart. Therefore, Sierra Chart does not know anything about them. You would need to either add the missing fills or adjust your charts so that the starting date/time for when order fills are loaded are when you are flat so that you can move forward with the connections between fills and the daily profit/loss be correct.
