You need to look in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is a rejection showing in there and why. You can post that log to this thread for us to take a look by following these instructions:

Keep in mind that the log is not persistent, so if you have exited from Sierra Chart, then the information will not be in there. In this case, wait until the next time you have this issue and then be sure to check the log or post it here.

The most likely reason for a rejection of Attached Orders is that the "Time in Force" is not set correctly. It should be either "Day" or "Good Till Cancelled". Refer to the following:
